Maternal Mental Health

The Perinatal Period represents the time frame from which a woman conceives to one year after giving birth. At Balance Bayly Therapy, we believe women deserve support no matter where they are in their maternity process. We counsel mothers from the onset of their process towards fertility and care deeply about optimizing their emotional and mental health and well-being throughout the entire arc of their maternal journey.

Matrescence refers to the birth and process of becoming a mother. Whether you are experiencing postpartum baby blues, suffering from a perinatal mental health disorder, or experiencing a general disconnection from yourself or your child, you are not alone, you are not to blame, we see you and we’re here to help.
